The dYdX Foundation is an independent not-for-profit foundation headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. dYdX Foundation’s purpose is to support the current implementation and any future implementations of the dYdX protocol and to foster community-driven growth in the dYdX ecosystem.

The dYdX Foundation's Council members include Arthur Cheong, Rebecca Rettig, and Markus Spillman.
